What we do —
Proclaiming by training
LATCOM proclaims Christ by training, equipping, and motivating leaders. A mission to nationals for nationals by nationals
, we have been raising up leaders for a generation. We strive to be Latin America's leadership mission.
Thousands of Latin Americans have been taught through our innovative ministries:
- church leaders
- broadcasters and communicators
- business, civic, and government leaders
- educators and school administrators
- police and military leaders
- youth and children (the future leaders of their communities)

Why we do what we do
The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. (2 Timothy 2:2)
LATCOM indentifies faithful men and women, entrusts them with the Gospel, and enables them to teach within their communities and countries. The Western church is now shifting its mission leadership from foreign missionaries to indigenous leaders — LATCOM was founded upon this principle over 25 years ago. We are a leading mission in both our calling and in our innovation.back to top |
